Desalting

Brazilian Jerked Beef needs to be desalted before consumption.

  • Remove the product from the packaging and place it in a bowl with water (2 litres of water for every 500g of the product).
  • Change the water every 2-hour - repeat it 6 times.
  • After the desalting process, the product is ready to be used in your favourite recipe.
